I got a question. My 6 Speed GTS as of late has been acting a bit weird.

When I start up the car no matter if it is from a cold start or after I have driven the car around for a few hours and etc. the starter seems to acting up.

It is not misfiring or anything like that, it is as if I am not pressing down the clutch and just turning in the keys.

It would not make a difference if I was to press the cluctch way down there and twist the key.

Any suggestions?

I'm having a hard time reading the problem are trying to describe... It could be as simple as a loose ground, battery terminal, weak battery problem, but I don't know exactly. Are you saying that you are trying to turn the key & the starter has a problem? I can't figure out what problem you're trying to state. Anyway does the motor turn over on the first start, does it seem like a weak start, is the start delayed when you press the clutch down and turn the key and does nothing, or is the starter making any strange noises?

Sorry, let me see if I can clear it up.

Basically the problem is that when I try to start up the car, I get nothing. I just need to do it a few times to actually get it in the right spot. I am not sure if it is suppose to be like that.

So when I press the clutch down, twist the key, the engine will not start up like it is suppose to.

When it does start it is fine, no bogging or dying out or anything like that. Just the starting point is a bit weird.
